Building on the vibrant community and passionate atmosphere of StationeryFest, we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new, one-day celebration: StationeryFest x CreativityFest.
This event is StationeryFest but with an added sprinkle of creativity..... a dedicated haven for analogue, offline hobbies - bringing together paper lovers, artists, journalers, planners, scrapbookers, memory keepers, and handicraft enthusiasts under one roof. It is a space where like-minded individuals unite to disconnect from screens and reconnect with mindful, creative pursuits.
Celebrate Analogue Hobbies:
Immerse yourself in a welcoming sanctuary dedicated to tactile, creative, and offline pastimes - from journaling, scrapbooking, memory-keeping and paper planning to arts, crafts, sketching, mindfulness and tactile handicrafts.
Support AMAZING Independent Businesses & Makers:
Explore a vibrant, curated marketplace filled with inspiring independent artists, indie stationery brands, and iconic favourites, giving you the chance to discover unique products and shop small.
Connect with the Creative Community:
Experience an uplifting, inspiring atmosphere where you can connect with your tribe, discover new activities and celebrate your shared passion for pen and paper and other analogue pursuits.
Enjoy Fun StationeryFest Traditions:
Take part in StationeryFest traditions, such as the FREE stamp rally (no purchase necessary) - where you can collect unique inked stamps from different stallholders. There are also graffiti walls, photo opportunities and friendship bracelet swaps (Taylor Swift inspired). Don't worry if you are attending the event solo; staff and stallholders are super approachable and happy to swap bracelets and there is even a meeting point you can go to if you want to meet others who want to swap bracelets.
Creative Activities and Workshops:
Some stallholders will be offering creative activities, interactions, demos and inspiration at their stalls.
Paid workshop sessions for small groups are also scheduled (subject to availability, additional booking and workshop fee applicable).
The ticket cost for StationeryFest x CreativityFest depends on the specific entry time chosen, with standard tickets £5-£20. If you arrive later in the day tickets are cheaper. Children under 5 and Carers can attend free of charge with a paying ticket (Access Card/proof of carer status needed). Concessionary rates are available for students (dated, photo ID required), over 65s and children 16 and under, ranging from £2.50-£15, depending on the entry time selected.

The VIP Creativity Lounge gives you an exclusive pass to shop, create, and connect from 9am to 5pm. You'll enjoy a full hour of exclusive, early-access shopping before general doors open, plus all-day access to a dedicated lounge space designed for relaxing and hanging out.

- Explore: Try out various fountain pen inks, explore different planner systems, and test different papers.
- Community Swaps and Sharing Tables: Find new treasures from the legendary swap and sharing tables and find a new home for any unwanted stationery and craft items.
- Lucky Dip: For every lucky dip parcel you donate you can choose a gift generously donated by our wonderful stallholders and other attendees.
- Event Traditions: Join in the planner and journal stacks!
- Cloakroom and Baggage Storage: VIP Creative Lounge Attendees have a dedicated space within the lounge to store luggage, purchases, coats, etc if you so wish.

It is possible to pay a deposit of £25 at the time of booking and pay the balance via bank transfer within 30 days if you don’t wish to pay in full at the time of booking.
There is a special rate of £40 for under 16 (must be booked with an adult ticket and accompanied at all times).
A non-participating carer rate is available for £30. This subsidised rate includes lunch and refreshment and access into the room with seating close by to support the attendee. Please note that this non-participating carer rate doesn’t include any freebies or participation in activities, to enjoy all of the perks please select the standard ticket.

Peace and Power through Paper and Pens
StationeryFest is an exciting, must-attend event for anyone that appreciates stationery, organisation, creativity and productivity.
In 2023, the first ever StationeryFest was a huge success, uniting people from across the UK and Europe. 800 people attended the first StationeryFest, PlannerFest and JournalFest! There were over 40 brands and independent businesses selling staionery, planning and journalling goodies.
In June 2024, nearly 1,500 visitors came to StationeryFest to purchase stationery goodies and gems from over 100 independent retailers and established brands from across the UK.
In July 2025, we moved to the Edge in Wigan and introduced the Friday Discovery Day, as well as the Saturday StationeryFest extravaganza, The event was a sell out on both days and there was an amazing mix of fabulous businesses large and small.

As well as the unrivalled shopping opportunities, StationeryFest offers a free stamp rally - collect stamps from the different participating stallholders as you visit the stallholders. There are exclusive StationeryFest prints from Palm House Studio to collect, friendship bracelet swaps, photo opportunities and so much more!
This is a consumer based show. We are building the biggest B2C gathering of stationery lovers in Europe.
